First I want to thank everyone who made this distribution working on the raspi – I really like it. I'm using a 512mb version of the raspi in combination with the odac through my akg k601 headphones – sounds even better then my friends cambridge cd player.
I'm interested to build my own media center with the raspberry pi – it should play audio and video. This system I'm going to build into a nice hifi case. When I finished my project I'm going to write a tutorial – next few weeks. So here are my wishes.
1. It would be nice to connect a HD44780 display to show the title and artist of the song which is played.

2. Maybe it is possible to upload raspyfi in berryboots onlinelist to install two distributions on the raspi e.g. raspyfi and openelec. If this is not possible it would be nice to upload a squashfs image of raspyfi to add it manually.
Thank you very much and keep on the good work
Mmm. This could be done, if you know someone who's working behind openelec, guess we can easily integrate RaspyFi into Openelec and Viceversa… I don't know what you was meaning with berryboot, and the squashfs image… Please let me know what you mean, I'm interested!
BerryBoot is a bootloader which can install more than one operating system on one sd card. http://www.berryterminal.com/d…../berryboot
You can select a installed (via berryboot) operating system or distribution in the BerryBoot menu the raspberry pi will start with the selected operating system/distribution.
My idea was to have one system for perfect video playback and one system for perfect audio playback – but without multiple os booting I have to build two raspberry pis. There are about 8 operating systems which can be added by default in berryboot e.g. openelec or raspian wheezy. The other way is to add a os manual – you can add images of your own os/distribution but this has to be in squashfs format.
It would be great if raspyfi could be added to the "default list" in berryboot – so you can boot e.g. openelec or raspyfi in one system. Maybe you can contact them it could be a chance to get better known too
