Hi
Is it possible to stream from a PC flac files to the RP through wifi while controlling the songs played from the PC with an android?
In theory, yes, this should be possible. You can stream music from your laptop to RaspyFi with AirPlay.
Depending on the musicplayer you use on your PC there are several Android remotes available.
But doing this, you're kind of missing the point of a streamer. Streaming with AirPlay will result in latency and will not allow for bitperfect playback. The alternatives are 1) connecting a HDD with all your music directly to the Pi, that way you can control the Pi via MPDroid and your PC does not have to be on, or 2) use your PC as a NAS (share the music folder in your local network) and let the Pi connect to the NAS. That saves you the trouble of AirPlay. Again, you can control your Pi with MPDroid.
You can also control the Pi from your PC with GMPD-client or Cantata.
