Hi Guys
Some help for a complete newbie would be welcome.
I am trying to get RasbFI working and it seems to just crash on me, I haven’t got very far yet.
The SD card boots up till get I get the RasbFI banner and then gives me the command line. 30 secs after the command line comes up it then says switching to on demand governor and then locks up.
Searching online suggest on demand governor controls overclocking. I am a complete newbie to linux and am just trying to get into it but don’t know where to start to try and solve this.
I am running the PI with a compliant 2w power supply from the PI hut store, compliant powered USB hub, I have my music on a 65mb memory stick plugs into the Pi usb slot. everything else like the keyboard, mouse and wifi dongle is connected to a powered USB hub. I noted when booted it says USB error 71 when starting up which suggests the hub is not connecting properly. I tried booting with the USB hub and all other peripherals disconnected and I still get the on demand governor error.
I tried Rasbmc as well to see if that would work and although it installs properly the wifi disconnects after 5 mins.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hmm sorry rather embarrassing newbie error.
I assumed Raspfi would boot to the command line on screen and i could control it from that on my TV. I tried it with a Ethernet cable to my router and Putty on my PC and i could control the pi fine and load the wifi drivers and do a sudo update. Also I typed raspfi on my android tablet instead of current IP. Anyway its working through ethernet with DAC in the Pi and memory stick in the USB hub, next up to see if i can get the wifi dongle working on the usb hub.
All schoolboy errors I am sure but hey ho, I am getting to learn Linux,.
