hello
I have a separate power supply for my DAC, so the setup is Rpi Power supply DAC
it worked for a while but not anymore for some reason. If I leave out the power supply, reboot , then it works. It finds the DAC and it runs fine. If I put the power supply in the middle the DAC doesnt get loaded and I only have the analogue output.
Strange that it ran before so not sure what is wrong
Is there a way to see which drivers/hardware etc is loaded and force it to load with the power supply in the middle?
I think that might help, but not that great with the hardware side of Linux…
Any help is greatly appreciated
Hi, I'm completly new to this distribution but I debugged mine doing ssh to RPi and after trying the classical alsa tests ( # cat /proc/asound/devices to see if it is registered, try reset with "alsactl reset" try if "aplay file.wav" is working, have a look in dmesg etc…) Google alsa linux usb, Hope this help.
