Hi all,
Would someone be able to confirm if in fact the latest RaspyFi 1.0 release has out-of-box support for the HiFace, HiFace Evo USB -> I2S? I have a JKenny battery powered HiFace feeding a Twisted Pair Audio Buffalo II (Sabre 32 ES9018 DAC) and would love to get it working on the RPi I've just bought!
These USB -> I2S interfaces use the M2Tech snd-usb-asyncaudio driver – I understand that others, with quite a bit of effort, managed to install the driver into previous RaspyFi releases and that the intention was to have it pre-installed in 1.0?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I'm new to the RPi.
thanks,
Bruce
