So mine is Trendnet TEW-648UBM with RTL8188CUS chipset.
I can't have it work in RaspyFi 1.0 but it works in Raspbian !
COMFAST Wifi USB Wireless LAN
Chip: RTL8188CUS
Status : NOT WORKING
Additional Comments – Was working with beta and it shows up after wicd curses but does not connect (booting takes forever once plugged in)
Also works for other distros like xbmc etc

Not Working
Works after Update and Install wicd-curses.
I have a TP-link TL-WN821N which worked before 1.0
Since 1.0 it stopped working, however I got this to work installed new firmware and updating:
sudo apt-get install firmware-atheros
I guess this fix might work for more atheros chipsets that worked before!

OURLiNK
RTL8192cu Chipset
Working with manual configuration of /etc/network/interfaces, but losses WiFi connection (drops) after no activity overnight. Had the same issue with the beta. I'm wondering if some sort of supervisor or ping could be added that would not interfere with audio playback? WiFi configuration with WebUI would not work for me.

Hi, I followed these instructions

and still does not work. The blue light on the dongle does not lit. Help is welcome.
Thanks
It works with XBMC but I do not want to use XBMC.
